Here's what Total Telecom says: International Trade Commission on Thursday voted to launch an investigation into accusations by Apple Inc. that Eastman Kodak violated Apple's patents. At issue is whether Kodak infringed two Apple patents when Kodak created a series of cameras and other video-related devices. Apple filed its complaint against Kodak on April 15. ITC said in a statement that Apple asked ITC to issue "an exclusion order and a cease-and-desist order," essentially barring the items from being sold and imported into the U.S. The action is the latest in a string of corporate feuds between Apple and other Wall Street firms.
