Global warming is irreversible, unless the world economy collapses or society builds the equivalent of one new nuclear power plant each day, according to Tim Garrett, an associate professor of atmospheric sciences at the University of Utah who will publish a new study later this week in Climate Change magazine. Now we have Al Gore saying we still have time to reverse global warming. The hackers who revealed scientists' private emails (see above) say there is no problem to begin with.
